Find attached the latest information from the International. As you will read, Judge Pittman has granted BNSF’s motion for a Temporary Restraining Order. Additionally, the court orders SMART-TD and BLET to immediately undertake all reasonable efforts to prevent and discourage their respective divisions, lodges, locals, officers, agents, employees, members, and all persons acting in concert with any of them, from engaging in conduct enjoined by the attached order.

This is as serious as it gets all, and these orders must be followed. This is not optional for anyone. The attached must be posted on all SMART-TD bulletin boards and forwarded to all SMART-TD members IMMEDIATELY. Furthermore, please forward to our office (by replying to this email) all efforts you undertake to communicate this information to our members including a picture of the attached instructions posted on SMART-TD bulletin boards at your location and copies of any emails or other written instructions you distribute to our members.
